Piggy Girl

I had to make gluten/dairy/egg-free cupcakes for Taylor's birthday party.  Her cousin, Lukas, is highly allergic to dairy (which means no butter or milk) and is very sensitive to eggs and gluten.  I wasn't sure how these "cupcakes", if you can really call them that, were going to taste.  I used Taylor as my guinea pig.  I should have picked Christian, because I have yet to find a food that she does NOT like.

She ate three whole cupcakes!!!


Sidenote: I tried them after she made them look so delicious, and they really were pretty good!  I didn't miss the eggs, butter, wheat, or milk at all.
